Lady GaGa has reached 12 million followers on social networking website Twitter! Lady GaGa is the first person to reach this milestone, having broken the following record several times now. She is also the most followed person on the social networking site and it seems like she is not going to lose her streak anytime soon! Congratulations Lady GaGa!

Lady GaGa was spotted leaving her hotel today in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. She took time to meet with some fans, and received a gift from one little monster, which you can see in the images above.
